How do I wash a dirndl?

Check the Material and Care section for this item. Most dirndls prefer a gentle cycle or hand wash, always wash the apron separately.

How fast is delivery and how do returns work?

Delivery within Germany takes 2 to 4 business days. You have 14 days to return, a prepaid return label is already in your parcel (7 EUR are deducted from the refund). International returns run through our online returns portal.

Beautiful fabric with fine sheen

The grey fabric has a beautiful sheen and isn't too thin. The dirndl is simple and sophisticated at the same time, and nicely long – reaches almost to my ankle, just as I like it. I wear dirndls very often – to all (family) celebrations, balls, receptions, wine festivals etc. – even though I don't live in the Alpine region. I've been used to them since early childhood and for me they're simply the most feminine piece of clothing, in which I just feel comfortable. Nothing brings out the figure – whatever it is – as well as a dirndl, and you're always well dressed – no matter what the dress code is. It's universally usable, you're never under- or overdressed, and it even replaces an evening gown. What other piece of clothing can say that?
