You find the exact same product (brand, model, variant) cheaper at another retailer in the EU. The guarantee applies up to 3 days after your purchase.

We check your claim within a few working days and refund the difference straight to your payment method.

The conditions in detail
What is excluded?
The guarantee does not apply to:
- Marketplace listings (e.g. eBay, Amazon Marketplace, classifieds)
- Retailers outside the European Union
- Used, damaged or refurbished items
- Discount codes, flash sales or volume discounts
- Individually negotiated special prices
Does the guarantee apply after purchase?
Yes. Even if you've already ordered, the guarantee still applies up to 3 days after purchase. Just send us the proof and we refund the difference.
