Within Germany we ship with FedEx and Hermes from our warehouse in Falkensee, usually delivered 2-4 working days after dispatch. Delivery also to parcel shops and Packstation lockers.
International orders ship with DHL through our partner Global-e, every parcel fully tracked. The exact delivery time and shipping price for your country are shown at checkout, and you pay in your local currency.
For deliveries to EU countries all prices include local VAT, with no additional costs. For deliveries outside the EU, duties and taxes are calculated at checkout and included in your final price, with nothing extra to pay on delivery.
