HOW IT WORKS
How your return works
1. Pack the item
Add the completed return slip that came with your package. Send the goods back within 14 days of receipt, important: the package must be sent before this deadline.
2. Stick on the return label
🇩🇪 For Germany: The prepaid return label is already inside your package. Just stick it on, done.
🌍 International: Create your return label in just a few clicks in our returns portal and print it right away.
3. Drop off & receive refund
Drop the package off at a parcel station or shipping point and send it to our return address (see below). Once your package reaches us, you'll receive your refund within 14 days, directly to your original payment method.

Return deadline
Please return the goods within 14 days of receipt. What counts is the shipping date, not the date the package reaches us. Important: Make sure to send the package before this deadline expires.
🇩🇪 Return label Germany
A prepaid return label is included in your package. Simply attach it and drop off the parcel. We will deduct a flat fee of 7.00 € for the return shipping from your refund.
🌍 Return label International
For orders outside Germany, go to our returns portal, enter your order number and email address and select your items. There you can download a return label whose shipping costs are deducted from your refund, or use your own label from a carrier of your choice. Either way, you bear the return shipping costs.
Note for returns from the USA: Please use the original tracking number from our delivery on your return label – it is required for customs clearance.
🇬🇧 Additional information for orders from the United Kingdom
For returns, we will refund the full purchase price as well as all import duties and taxes paid at checkout. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Under Canadian consumer protection laws, you have the right to return your order within 14 days. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Once your return has been received, we will refund the amount within 14 days to the same payment method you used for your order. For orders to the United Kingdom and Canada, the refund also includes the import duties and taxes paid at checkout. You will receive an update in your customer account once the return arrives.
DIRNDL FIT
So your Dirndl fits like a glove
Bodice & bust. A Dirndl bodice fits tight and shapes the figure, that's the point. Go by your bust measurement, not your usual dress size.
Waist. The waistband should sit on your natural waist, the narrowest point between chest and hips.
Skirt length. Midi (approx. 65-75 cm) for Oktoberfest and folk festivals, Long (approx. 85-95 cm) for weddings and formal occasions.
Dirndl blouse. Dirndl blouses are cut close to the body. If you're between sizes, go for the smaller one, it shouldn't bunch up under the bodice.
Tip: You'll find the size chart on every product page. Measure yourself with a soft measuring tape before ordering. If you're unsure, drop us a line, we'll help you pick the right size.

You have 14 days from receiving the goods. What counts is the shipping date, the day you drop off the package at FedEx or Hermes, not the day it arrives back to us. So make sure to send your package within this deadline.
For orders from Germany we deduct a flat €7.00 from your refund. The prepaid return label is already in your package, so you don't have to print or pay anything extra. Yes. Sale items follow the same return conditions as all other products: 14-day return window, €7 return fee for Germany, full refund of the amount paid.

The item should be unused, undamaged, and have all tags attached. The original packaging is not strictly required, but it makes processing easier and protects the goods during return shipping.
