Our warehouse team in Falkensee carefully packs your order. Within Germany we hand it to FedEx or Hermes, internationally to DHL through Global-e. You receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number.

When will my order be shipped?
We usually ship within one working day of receiving your order. As soon as your parcel is with our shipping partner (FedEx or Hermes domestically, DHL internationally), you'll automatically receive a shipping confirmation by email.
Do I get tracking?
Yes. As soon as your parcel has been shipped, you'll automatically receive an email with the tracking number and a link to follow your parcel's status at any time.
Do you deliver to parcel lockers or PO boxes?
Yes, delivery to parcel lockers is possible. Simply enter the address of your parcel locker as the delivery address when ordering. Hermes reliably delivers to parcel lockers throughout Germany.
Can I change my delivery address afterwards?
As long as your parcel hasn't been shipped yet, we can adjust the address in most cases. Write to us right after ordering with a short email containing your order number and the new address so we can stop it in time.
What happens when shipping outside the EU?
For the countries we serve via Global-e, customs duties and import taxes are already included in the product price — no additional charges on delivery. In the USA, local sales tax is shown transparently at checkout.
