The dirndl or leather pants you ordered does not fit, or you don’t like the items you ordered?

No worries, unused and undamaged goods can be returned within 14 days.

Here’s what to do:

• Please contact our customer service team in advance by submitting a ticket
• Receive detailed information regarding costs (customer to bear costs) and your return label.
• Pack the goods you wish to return and hand them over to the carrier.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• Customer to bear costs of return
• Returned goods must be in original condition
• Returns of worn or used goods are not accepted
• Freight collect parcels will not be accepted
